ABC Orders Night Stalker Pilot

ABC has ordered a pilot for an updated version of the Kolchak: The Night Stalker series. It will be a reworking of the 1970’s show about a hard boiled journalists investigations into freakish occurrences.

The new series is from Frank Spotnitz who is a former executive producer of The X-Files. X-Files creator Chris Carter has previously said that he was partly inspired by the original Night Stalker series.

Eoghann Irving is amongst other things the creator and Editor of Solar Flare. He has a life long interest in all forms of science fiction and fantasy and a pressing need to share this interest with anyone who will listen. Find out more at his personal website eoghann.com..
