The surprise discovery that the Battlestar Pegasus has in fact survived the Cylon’s attack on the Colonies is initially greeted with enthusiasm. However when Admiral Cain of the Pegasus assumes command of the fleet tensions rapidly grow. Baltar is assigned to examine the Pegasus Cylon prisoner, a woman who looks just like Number six. She has been badly assualted. When the Chief and Lt. Helo prevent the rape of Boomer they are arrested and court martialled.

Notes

According to Ronald Moore, two version of the rape scenes were filmed. The uncsreened version had Lt. Thorne already raping Boomer before Helo and Tyrol arrived.

We discover that Chief Tyrol has apparently worked on the Pegasus in the past.

The sets of the Pegasus were actually constructed for a failed pilot for a new version of Lost In Space.
