Ships are refusing to resupply the Galactica in protest at the martial law. The Chief is arrested on suspicion of being a Cylon and it’s up to Baltar to prove his guilt or innocence. Meanwhile Leed Adama helps the President to escape from the Galactica and hide on Cloud 9. On Caprica Starbuck and Helo discover a gropu of survivors.
