Bruce Boxleitner Joines Heroes Cast

The title says it all, or about all that anyone seems to know currently. Actor Bruce Boxleitner, best known to science fiction fans as John Sheridan on Babylon 5 is set to join the next season of the hit show Heroes.

Nobody seems to know much more than that. According to TV Guide who had the scoop, Boxleitner's character was originally based on Senator John McCain but has since been "recoinceived" whatever that may mean. The only other information that's known is that its a recurring role and he will share scenes with a female regular.

Hopefully Heroes will get back on track for the third season. Season two was a bit of a dissapointment, starting off very slowly before finally getting up to speed in the last few episodes. They're also going to have to do something about the gigantic (and apparently still increasing) cast.

The show still has lots of potential and I'm looking forward to seeing more of what got me into it in the first place.
