DarkHorizons reveals that Brian Cox has been picked to voice the lion Aslan in the upcoming film of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

This film just keeps sounding better and better. Awesome visuals are now being matched with a great bit of casting. I have such high hopes for the Chronicles of Narni. Please don’t let me down Disney.

The Dragon Page brings me possibly the greatest news ever! Okay I’m exaggerating slightly. but it is very good news. They’re actually releasing Sapphire and Steel on DVD in the US. The Stargate SG-1 Information Archive posts the news that the Sci-Fi Channel will run a new Stargate special in January.

Behind the Stargate: Secrets Revealed is scheduled to air on Monday 17th January and then Friday 21st as a lead in to the second half of the Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis seasons.
