Doctor Who US Schedule - Mark Your Calendars
A search for Doctor Who on the SciFi Channel’s website reveals the dates and times for the first episodes of the new series of Doctor Who to be broadcast in the US.
Rose, the first episode of season 1 of Doctor Who will be broadcast on the SciFi Channel on Friday March 17th in the 9pm/12am SciFi Friday time slot. The show will get two additional repeats. At 11pm on Sunday March 19th and then on Friday 24th March at 8pm.
The second episode “The End of the World” then follows the repeat of “Rose” again in the 9pm/12am time slot on Friday March 24th. “The End of the World” will also get a repeat showing at 12am on Sunday 26th March.
So far no further episodes are showing up, but we’re at the far end of SciFi’s online schedule so that’s not surprising. It’s encouraging to see that they plan to do a regular repeat slot for the show. It looks like they have high hopes for it.

I must say I’m beyond excited about the airing of the new Doctor Who series. I’ve been waiting patiently for it to air in the US ever since I heard about it and can’t be happier that it will finally be here on March 17th. Thanks Scifi Channel and BBC for giving us in America our long awaited Doctor Who fix!
