Escape Pod Audio Zine Looking For Short Stories
Escape Pod is a weekly audio zine that is looking for short science fiction stories. Escape Pod will pay contributing authors and the story is read by the Escape Pod staff.
Currently they have an open call for submissions. They do have a preference for stories with a prior publication history, but will consider new stories as well. For more details read their submission guidelines.
This is a pretty cool concept and I hope that Escape Pod is able to get enough listeners and advertisers to sustain the paid format that they’ve put in place. If you’re an SF fan, why not subscribe to the Escape Pod podcast.
