Harry Potter and the Order Of The Phoenix Casting News
NOTE: I've turned off comments for this post. This is a news site. There is no point in submitting audition details to me. I simply report the news. I've added a link to Enchantment Casting who made the claim. Contact them if you want details.
Casting for Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix will begin this fall according to Danielle Symonds of Enchantment Casting. The agency recieved the information from Heyday films who indicated to them that casting would begin in the fall and filming in January of 2006.
Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix is the fifth book in the Harry Potter series with the sixth book Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince due out this summer.

Personally, I’d love to work on one of the movies, but behind the scenes. I’d rather be a set designer or costume designer and get the chance to interact with all of the people key to the porduction, instead of an actor who comes onto the scene reletively late in the game, and who may not know all of those with whom they are working.

Hi! I’d love to be cast in the 5th Harry Potter movie. I’m blonde with blue-green
eyes, and I’m 15 in September. I love acting and I’ve had good speaking parts in
lots of plays. I’d love to do this, because I think it’s a great feeling to
entertain people all over the world with ther magic of Harry Potter. I don’t care
about fame or fortune-it’s just the feeling of making people happy that I want.
The part Luna Lovegood might not be in the film, but she is a lot like me, so
if you’re auditioning, can I audition for the part? And if I can’t, if there’s
a part for the younger version of Lily Potter (she’s in the book when Harry goes
back into Snape’s worst memory) can I audition for that? Or if I can just be an
extra, can I have the chance? I’ll be forever grateful! Thanks!

hi!! i would also like to audition!! is the story Luna will not be a part
of the movie?? thats sad cause she is so important… i mean she helps
them in the ministry and also helps harry in the end with the sirius feelings
and in the beginning in the train and also in the DA…. she seems so
important in the movie to me…. but unfortunatly im not the one who decides!

oh my gosh Luna has to be in this movie she is such an awsome character! how could any one leave out this character like they did cho chang in the third movie?they have her now for the forth but how can they leeve out any one in the movie it,s like leaving out Harry Potter in the movie only its luna! but like someone else said I’m not the one who desides.

I would love to audition for a Harry Potter movie! I already tried once but I did’nt get an answer from the casting office. But that won’t stop me from trying to get a part. Daniel, Emma and Rupert are my idols when it comes to acting and just meeting them one day would make me the happiest girl on the face of the earth. And even if I don’t get a role in the movies, I would like a tour of the set and see what a day on the set is like. When I saw the first movie I absolutly lived it! So I thought, “well if they can do it, so can I!!” And I set a goal for myself that one day I would be in A Harry Potter movie. Even if it has no speaking parts at least just a part is good for me!!!

i would like to audition for one of the parts in the upcoming harry potter movies, i’ve’ve been wanting to do this forever, not just for the money but to be in something world wide and entertain people and hope that i could make the movie more interesting. i know the part of Cho Chang is already cast but if there is an opening for a brunette with long hair then i would absolutly love to be in one of the movies! I fell in love with the movies when i first saw them and i wanted to be in one so bad, i’ve been in some lead parts in plays and ive taken acting lessons and i would love to be in a movie, especially with such a great cast! So let me know as soon as possible if there will be an opening in the 5th,6th,or 7th movies that would fit me, i’ve tried to do this a couple times before but never got an answer. And Daniel, Rupert, and Emma are like idols for me because they were jsut ordinary people too, so, i think i could really play a part and with some attitude too! Even just being on the set and being in the movie withlike 1 or 2 lines or none at all, just being there would be good enough for me!

i want to be luna lovegood in movie 5 and on or Ginny Weasley will do…………..but i doubt she will quit and lunas never been in the movie yet so u wouldnt notice much even tho im not british i have a REALLY good british accent and i have brown hair

most popular person out there. My looks are like her because i have long dirty blonde wavy hair. i am about 5′5 if that could be related as Luna’s prcise hight and i also have wide eyes which is how they describe her in the books. I do not have a lot of acting experience if any but i practice every day to get better at it because you never know what oppertunities will come along. Wow I’d love to be in it aswell I’m good at drama.
I’m 13, 5′8ft a bit chubby, british and I love acting. Even the part as an extra would be great. Please get back to me as soon as possible because I know I would put 100% into acting for it. might know the only take british people. so if u are not give it up!!!! i have ben dreaming about it
every day after the 1st movie came out. also i do believe that luna had brown hair not blonde or
black. i have never been an actress and i really want to but all those people that are in the hp
movies are lucky it’s like a once in 1 million chance. plus i had the chance i would alway let in
anyone. any ways i do really would like to play not as a popular person but i would love to play a
bacround charater and i woul like to advise the people that do the casting calls to be o so much

Listen. I would love to play in the order of the phoenix. No, I am not british, I am canadian. However, I have an irish background, and I am able to immitate the accent very well. Plus, everyone tells me i should look into acting and I LOVE HARRY POTTER. Anyway, I’m just dreaming of playing a part wether it be a prop or an actual talking character. And, does anyone know WHERE the open auditions might take place?

Well,i am exactly like luna and i have already called the place were they are doing stuff for harry potter(information will no be given out.sorry)i called they told me what to do and stuff.I am exaclty like her,the ag,the face,the color,the problems she has with her body,her hair her eyes everything is exactly like me.we both are exactly the same and i even have experience in acting.And people I reallly hope you guys get better stuff.because i know when the auditions are.So good luck to all the actors and i hope one of us win.
