Highlander: The Source Shooting In October
Highlander 5, now called Highlander: The Source, and apparently seen as the first of three new Highlander films is set to start shooting in October in Lithuania. The film will be directed by Brett Leonard and will again star Adrian Paul as Duncan MacLeod, the same role he played in the Highlander TV series.
Highlander: The Source will be about the Immortals as they try to locate the Holy Grail of their world. The three film series is planned to chronicle the origins of the Immortals.
In addition to Highlander: The Source, an anime Highlander feature film is being prepared as well as a video game.
