Incredible Hulk Featurette Online

Marvel Studios in conjunction with Universal Pictures have released a behind the scenes featurette on the making of The Incredible Hulk. The new movie which is a sequel of sorts to Hulk which was met with mixed reactions at best.

The new movie will take its lead more from the tv series. The Incredible Hulk opens with Bruce Banner (now played by Edward Norton) on the run and separated from Betty Ross (Liv Tyler). Banner is being pursued by the military lead by General “Thunderbolt” Ross (William Hurt). A new opponent, The Abomination (Tim Roth) who’s strength actually exceeds that of the Hulk forces things to a head.

The Incredible Hulk, which opens on June 13th, is directed by Louis Leterrier from a script by Zak Penn.

I actually kind of enjoyed the first Hulk movie, but I understand why it drew criticism. Watching this featurette I got the distinct impression that the producers were going out of their way to address those problems. It looks like there will be a lot more action in this movie.

And after all, we all want to see Hulk smash, right?
