Lost Begins Production Of 3rd Season
ABC announced yesterday that production on the third season of Lost began on August 7th in Hawaii. The popular series which is borderline sci-fi will return to ABC on Wednesday, October 4th at 9 PM ET/PT.
In their press release ABC offered a few glimpses into what you can expect during season 3 of Lost:
Actor Michael Emerson will join the regular cast in his role as Henry Gale, leader of the Others. The Others will play a central role in Lost this season and who exactly the Others are and what they want will be primary questions explored.
The fates of Locke, Desmond and Mr. Eko after the implosion of the hatch will be answered. Jack will get a new love interest of questionable motives. Sayid and some of the other survivors will attempt to journey across the island to rescue Jack, Kate and Sawyer. They also tease the possibility that the survivors might find some way to interact with the outside world.
There will a few new faces joining the show including Kiele Sanchez as Nikki, Elizabeth Mitchell as Juliet and Rodrigo Santoro.
