New Fantastic Four Thing Picture
My biggest problem so far with what I’ve seen of the Fantastic Four film is the look of the Thing. Something has just seemed off about him in most of what I’ve seen. So I was interested to take a look at a new pic that SuperheroHype has up. The picture shows Michael Chiklis in his Thing costume and makeup having an unfortunate encounter with a pigeon.
Now whats interesting about this one is that in some ways this is the best picture of the thing I’ve seen. Getting a good look at the make up I can honestly say that they’ve done a good job making the thing look like the rocky skinned creature he is supposed to. But my problem remains, in the other clips I’ve seen he doesn’t seem to have either the size or the weight that I expect the thing to have.
I know that many considered the CGI Hulk to be a failure, but to me he was more convincing than what I’ve see of the Thing so far. But lets wait for the trailer and see what they can show us.
