New Hi-res Pictures From The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe
MovieWeb have got their hands on four high resolution pictures from The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe courtesy of Walt Disney Pictures. The pictures are pretty much spoiler free but are also truely stunning images.
Based on the C.S. Lewis novel The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, the movie will follow Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter as they travel through a wardrobe in World War II England and discover the magical world of Narnia. A world inhabited by fauns, centaurs, dwarfs and giants. A world rule dover by the evil White Witch who keeps the land of Narnia in perpetual winter.
The movie is due out in December and if these images are a sample of what it’s going to look like on screen this will be one beautiful movie. The shot of Aslan himself is particularly cool and if they can keep that level of detail while animating him, he will be amazing.
Every time I post about this movie I always say that I’m really excited about it, and I still am.
