Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest Pictures
MovieWeb have got some pictures from the Pirates of the Caribbean sequel, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest. The images show Orlando Bloom, playing Will Turner again and Keir Knightley who also retursn as Elizabeth Swann. No spoilers in the pictures but they look nice enough. It seems that Will Turner has come up in the world, but clearly there’s trouble ahead for the pair.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest is planned for release on July 7th 2006. Directed by Gore Verbinski, it also stars Johnny Depp (as Captain Jack Sparrow), Stellan Skarsgard, Naomie Harris, Alex Norton, Jack Davenport, Tom Hollander and Vanessa Branch.
The story of Dead Man’s Chest has Captain Jack Sparrow oweing a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, captain of the Flying Dutchman. If he can’t find a way out he will be cursed to an afterlife of servitude. Captain Jack’s problems manage to cause trouble and spoil the wedding plans of Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann who soon find themselves enmeshed in Captain Jack’s adventures.
I’m really looking forward to this film as I loved the original Pirates of the Caribbean. I’ve always enjoyed a good pirate film. Swashbucklers don’t get much screen time anymore.
