Star Trek: Enterprise, Season One DVD Released

The complete first season of Star Trek: Enterprise will be out on DVD on Tuesday May 3rd 2005. I’ve been openly critical of Star Trek: Enterprise, but the remarkable response to its recent cancellation shows that it does have a loyal fan following so here’s the rundown on the DVD.

Star Trek Enterprise - The Complete First Season

As well as the episodes themselves, the DVD features include several featurettes:

  • Creating Enterprise
  • O Captain! My Captain! A profile of Scott Bakula who plays Captain Archer
  • Cast Impressions: Season One
  • Inside Shuttlepod One
  • Star Trek Teim Travel: temporal cold wars and beyond
  • Enterprise secrets
  • Admiral Forrest takes center stage

The seven disc set also includes out takes and deleted scenes from season one of Enterprise.

Eoghann Irving is amongst other things the creator and Editor of Solar Flare. He has a life long interest in all forms of science fiction and fantasy and a pressing need to share this interest with anyone who will listen. Find out more at his personal website eoghann.com..
