Stargate SG-1 New Stars
Looks like Stargate SG-1 will get an influx of star power for season 9. In addition to the casting of Beau Bridges as the new head of Stargate Command we will also get to see Lou Gossett Jr. in a recurring role as a Jaffa leader who is trying to get political control of the new Jaffa nation.
Over on Stargate Atlantis Mitch Pileggi (best known for his X-Files role) will take on a recurring role as a hard-nosed colonel who butts heads with Dr. Weir and Major Sheppard.
