Superman Returns Trailer Debuts at Comic-Con

Bryan Singer debuted the trailer for his Superman Returns movies at Comic-Con International in San Diego yesterday (July 16th). The showing of the trailer apaprently gained a standing ovation from the fans who were present.

The trailer features the voices of Marlon Brando as Jor-El and Susannah York as lara from the original 1978 Superman film and the new score apparently incorporates John Williams now famous Superman theme from that film…

Eragon Film Trilogy

According to Variety, Fox plans to produce a trilogy of films based on the fantasy novel Eragon, written by Christopher Paolini. The first film in the trilogy will be called Eragon and begins production on August 1st. The cast for Eragon includes Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Djimon Hounsou and Ed Speelers will play Eragon himself.

Voice of Aslan Finally Cast?

A rumor has surfaced that the voice of Aslan in The Chronicles of Narnia, the Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe movie will be Liam Neeson. Brian Cox was originally to be the voice of Aslan but some months back that seemed to change and he has never recorded any dialogue for the role.

Fantasic Four Grabs $56 At US Box Office
