Stargate Atlantis: Search & Rescue Part 2, Review

Stargate Atlantis returns for its fifth season with Search & Rescue Part 2 which concludes Season 4’s closer. Nice pan out from the ruined building into space and across to Michael. I wonder how much they spent on that special effect?

New Villains For Stargate Atlantis Season 3?

This is a juicy little rumor. According to the Sci-Fi Heaven blog, there may be a new villain (or race of villains) on its way for season 3 of Stargate: Atlantis. Unfortunately the source of the rumor doesn’t give out any solid details beyond saying that season 3 will hold many surprises.

Martha Wells Talks Ile-Rien and Stargate:Atlantis

The SciFi Wire offered up a short interview with fantasy author Martha Wells about The Gate of Gods, the third and final book in her Fall of Ile-Rien trilogy of novels. During the interview she notes that she will be writing a couple of short stories also set in the world of Ile-Rien. The new stories will be publihed in the magazine Black Gate.
