I didn’t get a chance to watch the new sci-fi show Threshold myself. I’m finding myself increasingly short of time and I’m not sure how many of the new genre shows I’ll actually be able to sample at this point. I was curious to see what people’s reaction to the show as and it didn’t take me long to find some contrasting reviews.

The WB has been airing trailers for the fifth season of Smallville. Over at Devoted To Smallville they’ve got a capture of the trailer for the opening episode, Arrival, available in WMV format for your viewing pleasure.

I think it would be more accurate to call it a teaser trailer rather than a trailer. It’s about 20 seconds long all told and mainly consists of very short action clips. Just enough…

ABC has hurriedly removed its promos for the drama Invasion in the wake of the disaster caused by Hurricane Katrina. Invasion opens with a powerful hurricane destroying the town of Homestead Florida. Unexplained phenomena in the aftermath suggest that the storm was merely a diversion by intergalactic invaders.
