The WB’s Official Preview For Smallville Season 5 Episode 2: Mortal
The WB has released their official preview for the second episode of Smallville season 5. The episode is titled Mortal. The episode will air on October 6th 2005 and this is what The WB has to say about it:
CLARK LOSES HIS POWERS AND BEGINS A RELATIONSHIP WITH LANA — Jor-El strips Clark (Tom Welling) of his powers, making him human. Delighted to finally be “normal,” Clark pursues a relationship with Lana (Kristin Kreuk) sans secrets. However, after Lana, Jonathan (John Schneider) and Martha (Annette O’Toole) are taken hostage by three thugs, Clark must figure out how to save his family without his super powers. Michael Rosenbaum, Allison Mack, John Glover and Erica Durance also star. Steven S. DeKnight wrote the episode directed by Terrence O’Hara
Yup, it’s the old Superman without his powers story. The biggest problem with stories like this is that you know what the inevitable conclusion must be. It’s hard to write any element of suspense into something where the ending is so obviousy projected. Buy hey, maybe I’m being unfair, maybe they have a new twist to it.

Smallville is awsome, I have tried to watch it every week but unfortunately i work nights.
I recently bought all four seasons of smallville and i watched all of them, I missed the
Start of the new season 5 and i have only seen one of the episodes since. So i’m really looking
to the Season 5 of Smallville on DVD. Thanks WB keep up the good work. Please keep Smallville
going.

I fianlly went through all four season of Smallville.
Took me a month and i loved every episode it. And fianlly i came to know that
the Season 5 is out, but is it out on DVD. Cant wait to get my hands on Season 5.
