Transformers Movie Script Leaked
Well okay, only the first five pages of the script have been found on line, so it could be a deliberate leak. Or it could be a clever fake. Or maybe the site (Jalopnik) just has great sources. You be the judge.
Over at Filmstalker (which is where I first read about it) they’ve posted a few snippets from the script. If it is real, it may not stay online (at the original site at least) for very long.
It certainly sounds like a pretty impressive opener to the movie, and would certainly set the scene for the fights between the Autobots and Decepticons quickly so the movie can get down to business. Of course you can’t rely on anything that appears in a script to actually make it onto the screen, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
I’m actually amazed by the level of interest that there is about the Transformers movie. I’m old enough to have experienced the original tv series and toys, and I’m wondering how much of this interest is driven by people my age and how well the movie will play with the younger audience.
