War of The Worlds Interviews
Over at Yahoo Movies they have some comments from Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg. There’s nothing too deep here, but they talk about why the wanted to make the film and what appealed to them about it.
War of the Worlds is due for release in theaters June 29th 2005. The film is based on the 1898 SF novel written by H.G. Wells. There was a previous film adaptation back in the 1950s and most famously a radio play directed by Orson Welles. The less said about the TV Series the better.
