WB Casts Aquaman
It looks as though the WB have found their Aquaman. Will Toale, a 28 year old newcomer has been picked to star in the new series Aquaman which is being created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (Smallville) according to a report in Variety.
Toale has previously worked as a model and had a supporting role in A Streetcar Named Desire alongside Natasha Richardson and John C. Reilly at the Roundabout Theater on Broadway. Toale was picked from around 400 actors according tot he trade paper.
The pilot for the new Aquaman series will be shot in March, most likely in Miami and the WB is expected to heavily promote it as a big new series for the fall season. Toale will play Arthur Curry, aka the superhero Aquaman, in the series Curry will own a dive shop.
While Aquaman recently guest starred in an episode of Smallville, this version of Aquaman is not a spin-off from the Smallville show and the backstory to this Arthur Curry will be different.

Well. We are glad that justin hartley is the new aquaman. WE like him better on passions bc we like that show 100 times better. And we also like him because he is a huge Studd… MUFFIN. But we miss him on passions. BUT. As long as we see him we will be happy baboon Campers. But the second we don’t see him we will be very ANGERY baboon campers. WE think he is good for this part beings he is hott. So do NO. I repeat DO NOT. Let/ or take him outta/ or off the show. Unless. He is going to go back to passions. OR if he is goin to come see us personally. At our house. And if he decides to do this. Send us an email and we will make arrangements.
